TELSHELP - The home of the online TELS USERS MANUAL

The Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) is an integrated part of the TELS system. The EFB is currently only provided as an on-line solution available to customers using any web browser on any device that is connected on-line to the internet. The EFB feeds data directly into TELS where flight data is updated realtime and due-lists and aircraft status is re-calculated and fed back to the EFB. The goal has been to improve data quality and minimize workload and backlogs.

The EFB web application consists of several screens, some only for information and some for input of flightdata back to TELS. The interface is tailored to fit most handheld devices such as phones and tablets. On-line help is available in all screens and the user interface is easy to use and navigate.

Future plans for the EFB includes making a multi-platform app for off-line use on on iOs, Android and Windows Mobile operating systems. This will enable input of data when off-line and sync with server when on-line. It will then also be possible to integrate maps into the solution.
