The Due Tasks screen in the EFB is a direct feed from the CAMO and Part145 modules in the TELS system. This information is updated in real time based on the following factors:

  1. Your input in the EFB of flight time and other flight log data
  2. Documents and requirements created in the TELS CAMO module based on information received, and as defined in the Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP)
  3. Manual Due Tasks created in the TELS CAMO or Part145 module

The Due Tasks screen lists all planned maintenance tasks on your aircraft, and the most significant task is listed on top of the first page (sorting on Due Date).

Overview

The registration number is as always shown clearly near the top of the screen so you can always check that you are working on the correct aircraft information

AircraftName

Each task in the information panel contains the following information:

InfoBlock

Due Date: The task's estimated Due Date. This is an estimate based on a pr. day value given by the Part145 organization or CAMO organization in the TELS Part145 aircraft administration window. When a task is defined with DYS as interval, the Due Date is an exact date.
Due Time: The task's Due Time according to a measuring unit (DYS, LND, HRS, CNg... etc.)
Reference: The task's Maintenance Reference.
Description: The task's Description.
Remaining: The task's remaining time/value according to the measuring unit

Often there will be many pages of due tasks listed for many years to come. This is to give you as a pilot a complete picture of your aircraft. But the most significant information will always be on page one. Use the pager to look at any page.
